The service

CMS Chat is an AI-powered website editing tool. We connect to your GitHub repository, read and write files on your behalf, and create commits or pull requests based on your chat instructions.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You’re responsible for the activity of users you invite to your organization or client workspace.
• Keep your credentials safe. Notify us immediately at hello@cmschat.ai if you suspect a compromise.

Acceptable use

You may not use CMS Chat to (a) violate any law, (b) infringe intellectual property, (c) generate or distribute malware, (d) abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent our security, or (e) operate at a scale that destabilizes the service for others.

Pricing & billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months unless required by law.

AI token usage included in your plan is generous but not unlimited. Excess usage is billed at our published per-token rate, listed on the pricing page.

Your content

You retain all rights to your code, content, and edits. We claim no ownership of anything you connect or create. You grant us a limited license to read, modify, and store your content solely as needed to operate the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. We will give you reasonable notice and opportunity to export your data unless the violation is severe (e.g., active abuse or legal risk).

Disclaimers & liability

CMS Chat is provided “as is”. AI suggestions can be incorrect — always review changes before merging to production. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
