What is the difference between the three plans?
How many sites you connect, and nothing else about the editing product. Starter is €99/mo for one site, Agency €249/mo for three, Studio €499/mo for ten. Every tier includes unlimited client edits across those sites and unlimited escalations back to your team, with no per-seat charge. Agency and Studio also get hands-on onboarding.
What is the design-partner rate?
CMS Chat is in private beta. Agencies who onboard now on the Agency plan pay €99/mo for their first three months — the Starter price for three sites — and work directly with us on what gets built next. After three months you move to the standard €249/mo. The design-partner rate applies to Agency only.
What happens if I need more than 3 sites?
Move up to Studio: €499/mo for ten connected sites. Above ten sites, email hello@cmschat.ai — we’re onboarding in small batches right now, so larger rosters are handled case by case rather than through a bigger tier.
Who pays for the AI tokens?
We do. Client edits are unlimited on the plan — there is no metered token bill and no overage rate to watch.
How do I pay?
By invoice while we’re in private beta. No card is charged when you join the waitlist.
What if I cancel — do I lose my work?
No. CMS Chat works on top of your Git repo, which you own. Every edit is a real commit in that repo. Cancel and your site keeps running, with its history intact.
